In the Park Festival takes place at Liverpool’s Sefton Park L17 on Thursday 11th,  Friday 12th and Saturday 13th July 2024.  There is no parking at the festival site, and there is limited parking around the park with a traffic management plan in place.   We encourage customers to make use of the regular public transport services in operation to and from Sefton Park.     

 

By Train 

St Michels Train Station is 1km from the Park, a 15 minute walk. Travel up Belgrave Road until you get to Aigburth Road. Cross the road to Lark Lane, follow Lark Lane to the end. 

 

By Bus:  

Arriva Bus have a vast variety of local bus services that will get you to and from Sefton Park no matter which part of the Liverpool City Region you are travelling from.   

St Michaels/Ashbourne Road: 15 minute walk to In the Park Festival 

Sefton Park/Hartington Road: 5 minute walk to In the Park Festival 

Sefton Park/Park Avenue: 10 minute walk In the Park Festival

Road Directions 

Exit the M62 at J4, turn left onto Queens Drive. Follow Queens Drive (A5058) across the major J with Menlove Ave & Allerton Rd to merge into Mossley Hill. After going under a railway tunnel, at next traffic lights turn right into North Mossley Hill Rd. Turn at next left into Greenbank Lane. At end turn left when you will see the Park perimeter. 

As well as full day of music and entertainment there will be an array of food and drink concessions around the festival site serving everything from beers, cider, wine, cocktails and soft drinks.   With cuisine serving food including crepes, curries, gourmet burgers, pizzas, chips, wraps, hotdogs, Burritos, ice creams and more.  

No, all bars & concessions at the event are cashless, only cards + contactless + Apple Pay accepted.

Please note there are different age restrictions in place for each day:-

Cream Classical – Strictly 18 and over 

 

Challenge 21 in operation so please ensure you bring valid Photo ID as you will be asked.  

Only one bag, no bigger than an A4 piece of paper, is permitted into the event. There are no locker or cloakroom facilities onsite.

We can only advise on tickets purchased from official outlets. We strongly recommend that you do not purchase tickets from unofficial outlets, social media platforms or auction sites. There is no way of confirming if the tickets you are purchasing are genuine, and we cannot assist if your tickets are not valid or fraudulent. Invalid or fraudulent tickets will be refused access to the show. 

All tickets are paperless for In the Park Festival Liverpool – you will receive an email with your e-ticket from your ticket agent.  If you have not received your e-ticket please contact your ticket agent directly and they will be able to advise.   

 

If you have purchased your ticket via: 

 

Ticketmaster:

Tickets will be available to download 48 hours before the event via the app and are also accessible via the website, and digital wallet. 

 

Skiddle:

Tickets will be available to download at 9am via the confirmation email received when ordering 2 days before the event will take place. Alternatively, tickets will be available to download via the Skiddle app.  

 

Ticketline:

Tickets will be sent to you via email around 1 week before the event as an e-ticket 

In the Park Festival is dedicated to keeping our customers safe, and we operate a zero-tolerance policy on illegal substances or prohibited items. All customers will be subject to bag and dog searches on entry.  

We do not offer a Weekend/Multi-Day Ticket, tickets for each day must be purchased individually.  

We do not offer a Payment Plan scheme for In the Park Festival, Liverpool, however, each event offers More Ways To Pay, which include Buy Now Pay Later options with Klarna or PayPal.

Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable unless the event is cancelled as per the Terms and Conditions found HERE https://www.intheparkfestival.com/terms

In the Park Festival Liverpool is paperless tickets (e-tickets) only.   

If you have purchased your tickets via Ticketmaster or Skiddle you can download your tickets via the app. If you have purchased via Ticketline we advise contacting your ticket agent directly who will be able to assist. If you do not have your ticket on arrival at the event, head to the Box Office on the day, this will be located next to the entrance lanes and present your order reference number and valid photo ID. Providing your ticket has not already been scanned, your original ticket will be cancelled, and a replacement ticket will be issued. 

 

Please contact the agent you purchased your ticket from directly. Cream does not have access to ticket bookings so cannot assist directly with any ticket issues.  

Only 1 x 500ml sealed plastic bottle of water (no glass allowed) can be brought into the event.    No other food or drink is permitted. There is an array of food, bar and drink concessions inside the festival.   

Yes there will be numerous food concessions on site serving everything from Pizzas, Chicken Wraps, Crèpes, burgers, Chinese and vegetarian options.  Plus various drinks will be sold from the bars including beers, cider, wine, spirit, and soft drinks. 

There is limited parking around the festival site and traffic management plan will be in place.  We recommend using public transport to get to and from the festival site. 

Camping chairs are not permitted into the event. There will be benches located around the festival site  

Small umbrellas are permitted, however large/golfing umbrellas are not permitted.

  • Driving Licence – A full or provisional driving licence which is within date. 

  • Valid Passport – A passport which is within date.  (Out of date passports or photocopies will NOT be accepted) 

  • Any identification card bearing the PASS logo – more information on the pass scheme website 

  • A national photo identity card issued by country of origin (other than the United Kingdom) 

  • Armed Forces PHOTO ID Card 

 

*Please note that customers on site may be asked to produce ID at any point during the event so we advise ALL customers to bring valid ID. In addition, we operate a Challenge 21 policy so please ensure you bring an acceptable form of proof of age ID.

There are no pass outs at In the Park Festival. If you have a ticket and you leave the event site, you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY

If you have lost something at In the Park Festival please visit Lost property which is located at the Welfare tent.  After the event, please email lostprop@cream.co.uk with a full description of the item you have lost and your contact details, if the item has been handed in, somebody will get back to you.    

 
Lost property will be kept for a maximum of 2 weeks after the festival finishes. Any uncollected items will be donated to charity.

Please note that pregnancy or temporary injuries such as a broken leg do not qualify for Accessibility Access.  

 

Deadline to apply is Tuesday 28th May.  Access to the viewing platform is subject to capacity and based on a first come first served basis.    

Simply bring your medication along with a valid prescription to show on entry. Please note medications must be sealed. For example, a half empty blister pack of tablets is allowed with valid prescription, but loose tablets are not.  

In the Park Festival is an outdoor show located at Sefton Park which is a greenfield site, there will be one outdoor stage and one indoor arena. As the British weather can be unpredictable, we recommend people dress for the weather. We hope it’ll be sunny and warm but prepare for rain and wind just in case! 

There are no cloakroom or locker facilities at the event. 

There are no phone charging facilities at the event. We recommend bringing a small portable charger. 

Extensive efforts have been made to minimise disruption to residents and we are working closely with Liverpool City Council and Merseyside Police to ensure the event does not cause any issues for local residents. Please email residents@cream.co.uk for more information including contact details for our Resident liaison.

There are strictly no animals allowed into the event, except for assistance dogs. Please contact info@cream.co.uk  if you have an assistance dog you need to bring to the event.
