In the Park Festival Liverpool - Access Customers

If you are applying for Accessibility Access at In the Park Liverpool which takes place in July 2024, the Application Form is now live. Please read through the below information before submitting your request. 

Step 1 – Purchase your event ticket 

If you haven’t already purchased your ticket to In the Park Liverpool, please do so by clicking HERE

*If your accessibility needs require a personal assistant (PA) /Companion ticket these are issued separately, therefore please do not purchase a ticket for your (PA) as this will not be refunded.

 

Step 2 – Gather the relevant information needed for your application, including:-

Order Reference Number (This can be found on your ticket agent booking confirmation email sent to you when you purchased your ticket)

Valid (in date) Documentation, one of the below supporting documents will be accepted:-

-       The Access/Nimbus Card (recommended)

-         DLA /PIP letter from the Department of work and pensions (front copy only)

-          Medical professionals letter

-          D/deaf or blind registration

Step 3 – Complete and submit the Accessibility application form HERE

Timeline

Once you have submitted your request, a member of the Access team will review your application and contact you via email to confirm once this has been processed, detailing the facilities, and confirming your PA ticket (if applicable).  

A week before the event, applicants will be emailed a link to the downloadable Access Guide which will include important information which will help you plan your visit. 

To minimize potential delays, please do not re-send your request more than once.
