Lost Minds: 12pm – 10.30pm. Last Entry is 7pm (close at 11pm) 

Rag’n’Bone Man: 3pm – 10pm. Last Entry 6:30pm (close at 10.30pm) 

The festival is on a flat field, with Accessibility toilets. We have hard standing pathways around the park for accessibility. Please notify us before-hand if you use crutches or wheelchair so we can greet you at the gate and assist with queues.  

Email: newcastleaccess@intheparkfestival.com Please be aware, the location is a greenspace park and as such there are certain areas of the festival that are only accessible by entering grass sections of the park, such as the Main Arena, and other music stages etc. Please make your carer aware beforehand so you are prepared for every eventuality. 

How do I apply for accessibility to the event?  

Please email newcastleaccess@intheparkfestival.com with your documents and ticket order number.  Once documents are received, we will assess your application and process the personal assistant ticket.  Please note, accessibility customers still need to purchase a ticket for the event, these can be purchased via Skiddle or Ticketmaster. If you require a PA Ticket, please do not purchase a ticket for your personal assistant as this may not be refunded. 

 

If you are applying for Accessibility access and/or a Personal Assistant ticket for this event you will need to provide one of the following documents to prove your eligibility:- 

• DLA /PIP letter from the Department of work and pensions (front copy only) 

• Medical professionals letter 

• D/deaf or blind registration 

• The Access card  

We encourage public transport or walking as the event is located in central NCL. There are no official customer car parks but there is plenty of on road street parking with pay meters and 24-hour secure car parks nearby. 

How do we enter the festival? 

Lost Minds/In the Park entry is accessed from Barrack Road. You cannot enter the festival from Richardson Road. 

I'm coming by Coach, where will I be dropped off? 

All Coaches should head to coach drop off / pick up point which is located at "Barrack Road", less than a 5 minutes walk to the festival site. 

Taxis for after the event? 

There will be a taxi rank set up on Barrack Road upon exit from the festival. 

Tom Grennan: 11+. Under 18’s to be accompanied by an adult (Challenge 25 in operation) 

Lost Minds: You will need to be 18 or Older. We operate a challenge-25 policy upon Entry and at All Bars. 

Rag’n’Bone Man: 11+. Under 18’s to be accompanied by an adult (Challenge 25 in operation)

For the Lost Minds event you will be able to purchase a Lanyard, which includes Set Times, Site Map etc.  


All Bars will accept Cash or Card for Drinks. The box office will accept both cash and card for ticket sales and upgrades. Food Vendors & Stalls will also accept both. No tokens needed.

Can I pay on the day? 

Yes, there will be tickets available to purchase at the Box Office subject to availability. You can save money and speed up your entry to the event by purchasing in advance using one of our ticket agents.   

Can I Upgrade my Standard Ticket to VIP? 

Yes, there will be limited upgrades available. Head to the Box Office before you enter the event on the day. 

If I purchase a VIP ticket, what does this include?  

VIP includes access to dedicated fast track lane into the event, access to the exclusive VIP Area which includes a Private Bar + Catering, viewing Deck & Posh Loos. 

 

I have a General Ticket Question 

Please contact the Ticket Outlet where you purchased your ticket from. 

 

Do I need to print my tickets out? 

Yes you can, or you can save the PDF to your phone, or use the Skiddle or Ticketmaster App to download to your Wallet. 

Can I purchase a Weekend Ticket?

Yes. Multi-day tickets are available to purchase via our official ticket agents' website. You will have an individual ticket to gain entry each day.  

Can I bring Food / Alcohol in with me? 

No food and drink allowed to be brought inside the festival. There will be fully stocked bars and lots of food options including gluten free and vegetarian.  

 

Alcohol / Drinks, tell me more. 

There are fully stocked bars selling all your favourites, priced similar to the local clubs and venues. You will be able to use Cash & Card at the bars. No tokens needed. 

 

Which Drinks do you sell? 

Beer / Cider / Mixed Fruit cider / Prosecco / Vodka / Gin / Whisky / Jager bombs / Tequila / Soft Drinks / Energy Drinks + more. 

 

How Much are the Drinks? 

Drinks vary from £2 - £8.5 per drink. Soft Drinks to Spirits/Mixer. 

 

Can I bring a bag? 

Yes, maximum size is A4. This will be searched upon entry. 

 

Will Sets be recorded? 

We will not be officially recording any sets, DJs/Artists may record their own sets though. 

 

Can we bring Suncream with us? 

Yes, no glass bottles. 

 

Can we bring Perfume / Deodorant? 

Glass Bottles / Aerosols are banned. Roll On Deodorant is fine. 

 

Is there anywhere to charge my Phone? 

Yes, please visit the Go Hangers van on the day, you'll be able to charge your phone there.
