Accessibility at In the Park

Accessibility Customers

To use the accessible facilities at In the Park, you will need to complete an application form by choosing your event location in the website navigation.

  • Please do not purchase a ticket for your essential companion. Their ticket will be dealt with as part of your application.

  • Please note that our accessible facilities are unable to cater for people with temporary impairments.  A temporary impairment is anything that affects an individual for less than 12 months such as broken bones, healing injuries or pregnancy.

Please note the accessible viewing platform for In the Park Liverpool presents Lewis Capaldi on Saturday 15th August is now at capacity. For accessible customers who still wish to apply, all other accessible facilities are still available.

Accessibility Facilities

There is a Raised Viewing Platform and Ground Viewing Platform onsite .

Wheelchair accessible and standard toilets for accessibility customers are located at every stage. They are available to all accessibility customers.

Accessible entrance lanes

There are dedicated lanes for accessibility customers to enter the festival.

Dedicated accessible lanes are available at each main bar. This section of the bar has a lowered counter and bypasses the main queuing system.
