**Please note the accessible viewing platform, Accessible Ambulant Seating Area and the calm seating area for In the Park Newcastle presents Lewis Capaldi on Wednesday 8th July are at capacity. For accessible customers who still wish to apply, all the below Accessible Facilities are still available:

Accessible Toilets
Essential companion tickets
Lowered bars
Before applying for use of accessible facilities
You need to have purchased your In the Park Newcastle event ticket before you apply (Please note that there is no separate ‘accessibility’ ticket category).
If required, please do not purchase a ticket for your essential companion. Essential companion tickets are allocated through the application process
You will need to provide one of the following documents to prove your eligibility: -
• DLA /PIP letter from the Department of work and pensions (front copy only)
• Medical professionals’ letter
• D/deaf or blind registration
• The Access Card
Also please confirm the below: -
• Show/Date you are applying for
• Your order reference for the purchased ticket which can be found on your email confirmation which you will have received at the time of booking or can be found by logging into your ticket agent account
• Please include details of your Accessibility requirements
Once documents are received, your details will be logged and someone from the Access team will be in touch to confirm receipt.

*Accessible facilities are unable to cater for people with temporary impairments. A temporary impairment is anything that affects an individual for less than 12 months such as broken bones, healing injuries or pregnancy.
